How much does pressure washing cost?
We don’t publish a price list, because no two properties are the same size or in the same condition. Every estimate is free. Price comes up often in our Google reviews: “Great price,” “reasonable on price,” “a more than fair estimate.”

What are your hours?

Is Bullseye veteran owned?
Yes. Bullseye Pressure Washing is veteran owned and operated. Our owner, Steven Davis, is a veteran of the United States Army.
The work
Will pressure washing damage the siding?
We soft wash siding: a low-pressure chemical wash that maintains the integrity of the surface and avoids damage to the siding.
How long does a job take?
Depending on the job, we can generally finish the same day. Our customers describe a house, driveway and patio done in about an hour, and a full exterior with the gutters and dryer vent finished in a little over two hours.
What happens to the plants and patio furniture?
We move planters and furniture away from the house and put them back exactly where they were, cover anything that can’t get wet, and protect the landscaping.
Driveways, patios and pool decks
Which driveway surfaces do you clean?
Concrete, pavers, natural stone and brick. We also clean sidewalks, walkways, curbs, patios and steps.
What is the treatment after cleaning?
After the wash, we put a treatment on the clean surface. It kills the mold and algae spores the wash leaves behind and slows the black and green from coming back.
Will pressure washing damage pavers, stone or brick?
We match the pressure to the surface. Concrete takes a deeper clean, and we clean pavers, natural stone and brick more gently so the joints and faces stay intact.
Do you clean cool deck?
Yes. Cool deck coatings are washed at a lower pressure than bare concrete so the coating stays on.
Roofs, gutters and enclosures
Which roofs do you clean?
Asphalt shingle, TPO and flat vinyl, flat tile and barrel tile roofs, all with a low-pressure soft wash. We clean the skylights too.
Will roof cleaning hurt the plants?
Before the wash, we soak the plants, shrubs and grass around the house with water and cover them where needed, and we rinse them again with clean water afterward, so the cleaning solution does not sit on them.
How often should gutters be cleaned?
We recommend twice a year: once in late spring and again in early fall.
Will a ladder damage the gutters?
We use ladder standoffs, which hold the ladder off the gutter, so no weight rests on the gutter itself.
Will washing damage the screens?
We soft wash the screens at low pressure, the same gentle method we use on siding, so each screen stays in its frame.
Windows and dryer vents
Do you clean inside windows?
Yes. We clean inside windows on request, for homes and offices.
What does a dryer vent cleaning include?
We pull the dryer out and disconnect it, check the hose behind it, clear the entire vent line to the outside wall, inspect and clean the vent cover, then reconnect the dryer and clean up the area.
Why clean a dryer vent?
A dirty vent can shorten the life of the vent system, cause a spike in utility bills and even increase the risk of a fire hazard.

Do you work on commercial properties?
Yes. We handle residential and commercial work, and we offer dryer vent maintenance plans for laundromats, apartments, condos, salons and hospitals.
